Creating a family friendly home

The aim of this project was to renovate a single-story terrace house located in Enmore into a family-friendly three-bedroom two-bathroom home. An open space was created with the front lounge connecting to the kitchen through a long-renovated hallway which allowed for the staircase to be designed within the open floor plan. The large kitchen and dining space connecting to the exterior balcony allows fluid movement throughout the interior and exterior spaces of the site. The upper story bedrooms are large and spacious with their own bathroom and are built around a large open rumpus room that can be used as a family space.
